Can permanent jewelry be removed?

Yes, it can be easily removed by carefully cutting with a pair of scissors. Cut at the jump ring. It can be rewelded for a small fee.

Can permanent jewelry go through an MRI?

Yes, they can. Since nothing about the piece is magnetic, it will not cause any problems for an MRI machine. However, if a medical professional ​insists you remove it, you can do so with scissors at the jump ring and then get it re-welded with us after your procedure.

Can I go through airport security with permanent jewelry?

Yes, you can. We use high quality gold filled and sterling silver chains, which are not magnetic. Nothing about your piece will set off a metal ​detector.

How long does permanent jewelry last?

That’s all up to you. You can remove at the jump ring with scissors. Keep in mind that permanent jewelry is not indestructable, please use the ​same caution and care you would with your fine jewelry pieces.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final once the chain is cut. So be sure prior to the jeweler cutting your chain that it’s exactly the chain and size you want.
